Lucky Draw terms & privacy

SAK Bartan Store accepts one entry per Indian mobile number for an in-store purchase worth more than the minimum shown on the registration screen. A submitted form is the customer's declaration of an eligible purchase; the shop may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

The campaign dates, draw date, and minimum purchase amount are set by the shop. Registration may close at the stated end date or when the draw is finalized. A lucky draw number confirms registration, not a prize.

Ten different participants will be selected once: one ₹5,100 prize, three ₹3,100 prizes, and six ₹1,100 prizes. Winners will be shown by draw number and abbreviated name. The shop will contact winners to verify purchase and arrange payment. Any applicable tax or identity requirements will be communicated at claim time.

We collect your name, mobile number, entry details, and optional WhatsApp click to administer the campaign, prevent duplicate entries, and contact winners. We may use an SMS provider to send the Lucky Draw number. If you select the optional WhatsApp checkbox, we may use a WhatsApp messaging provider to send that number to you. We do not publish your complete phone number. Opening WhatsApp prepares a separate message that you choose whether to send. Joining the WhatsApp group is voluntary.
